Not happy with your current property manager? It is easy to transfer over and we will do the work for you! 

Most agreements only require 30 days notice to your current property manager. Once you sign the Authority to Act on your behalf we will organise everything with your previous agent including keys and file transfer. We will also do an inspection of the property and send you a detailed report straight after.
